A generation. A movement. A mission.
Joseph Adewole Youth Empowerment Foundation exists to revamp values, rebuild moral structure and shape the future with integrity.
From Nehemiah Protégé to JAYEF.
JAYEF — formerly the Nehemiah Protégé Foundation — is a renowned not-for-profit organization dedicated to addressing the moral crisis among young people in Nigeria and the world over, with a strong focus on values, morals, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors.
Since 2018 we have conducted extensive primary research into the cultural trends shaping the lives of young people. We believe that by redirecting the minds of young people we can create a positive impact on society — and foster a generation that upholds integrity, empathy and ethical principles.

Empowering a generation of young leaders to revamp our value system, rebuild our moral structure, and shape the future with integrity and purpose.
To equip and inspire young individuals to become agents of positive change, driving a brighter future for generations to come.
Galvanize a movement of young people to revitalize timeless values, foster moral excellence, and cultivate visionary leadership.
Nigeria's moral crossroads.
Nigeria — like many nations — faces a severe moral dilemma. Family disorientation, divorce, marital infidelity, child abuse and economic pressure have eroded values that once guaranteed honest living. This has paved the way for cybercrime, cultism, kidnapping and corruption.
